April 4, 2016: Evolve Architecture, a local architectural and interior design firm, has been acquired by Wendel, a full service design and engineering firm.

Evolve has served the Richmond area for 25 years, providing design services to many Richmond corporations, law firms, government agencies and healthcare clients.

November 9, 2015: Robert Litherland Natale, AIA has joined Evolve Architecture as a Project Architect. He is a graduate of University of Kentucky and has been a licensed architect since 2013.

November 4, 2015: Christian Creswell, Principal at Evolve Architecture, was awarded one of the CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) "Top 25 Women to Watch" award at the 25th anniversary celebration of CREW Richmond. April 24, 2015: Longtime local insurance company, Rutherfoord Insurance, is relocating its Downtown and Innsbrook Offices into the mixed use development Libbie Mill Midtown. Evolve Architecture will handle the interior design.

December 1, 2014: Jay M. Chiaramonte has joined Evolve Architecture as a project architect. He was previously with Bakervill and is a graduate of Virginia Tech.

October 9, 2014: Evolve Architecture received the Brightest "IDEA" 2014/First Place ASID/IIDA Design Excellence Award for American Family Fitness, First Place ASID/IIDA Design Excellence Award for Acision, and Honorable Mention for Mosaic Catering & Events at the ASID/IIDA IDEA Awards Ceremony.

April 23, 2014: Evolve Architecture received 'Best Retail Project' for American Family Fitness at the 2014 GRACRE Award Ceremony.

February 17, 2014: McCandlish Holton is expanding its downtown offices at the Bank of America Center by vacating its 15th-floor space in favor of more room on the 20th floor and the entire 21st floor. January 13, 2014: Jaya Easley has joined Evolve Architecture as Interior Designer. She was previously with Highwood Properties. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.

October 10, 2013: Evolve Architecture received a First Place ASID/IIDA Design Excellence Award for Allianz Global Assistance and Honorable Mention for Pfizer.

May 15, 2013: Evolve Architecture was recognized as a Finalist in the Richmond Real Estate Group 2012 Impact Awards for Allianz Global Assistance.

April 16, 2013: Evolve Architecture received 'Best Office Renovation' for Allianz Global Assistance at the 2013 GRACRE Award Ceremony.

October 12, 2012: Evolve Architecture received an Honorable Mention ASID/IIDA Design Excellence Award for American Family Fitness.

June 25, 2012: John Keegan has joined Evolve Architecture as an architect. He was previously with AECOM in Roanoke. He received a Master's in architecture from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor's from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

April 17, 2012: GRACRE held its 11th Annual Real Estate Awards Ceremony. Evolve Architecture was nominated as a Finalist in the Recreational Category for American Family Fitness, Chester.

November 16, 2011: Emily Erpelding joined Evolve Architecture as an interior designer. She was most recently with Hanbury Evans Wright Vlattas in Norfolk, VA. Erpelding attended Virginia Polytechnic and State University.

October 10, 2011: Caroline Garrett joined Evolve Architecture as an interior designer. She was most recently with OTJ Architects. Garrett attended the Savannah College of Arts and Design.

October 3, 2011: "Designs on Growth - A look at the Architecture Industry": Evolve Architecture is reviving Deep Run I as the headquarters for 900 employees of Mondial Assistance USA, a travel insurance company. May 13, 2010: Evolve Architecture sponsored the 11th Hole at Independence Golf Club for GRACRE's Nineteenth Annual Golf Tournament. Evolve won "Best Tee Sponsor" at the event.

February 18, 2010: RoseMarie Bundy, President of Evolve Architecture, received an award from CREW as one on of the 'Top 20 Women in Commercial Real Estate' for our region.

November 10, 2009: Governor Timothy Kaine Dedicates New Public Health Building and Patient Care Facility...Virginia Department of Health relocated its' Richmond City Health District to a new facility at 400 E. Cary Street. The new location includes a patient care clinic, offices for many public health programs, and general administrative offices. Evolve Architecture provided interior design services for the facility. Governor Kaine attended the Grand Opening ceremonies. (Governor's News Release)
